For food lovers · zero food miles

A journey told through the people behind the food — the wineries of Mantinia, the cheese artisans, the Arcadian breakfast. Taste measured in kilometres, not seasons.

  • 3 days
  • Taste, zero food miles
  • Mantinia · the villages
  • Slow, fair, real

The idea

Arcadia’s food doesn’t travel — you travel to it. This journey moves at the pace of the table: the Mantinia wine plateau, the makers of cheese and honey, an Arcadian breakfast where everything is grown within sight. You meet the hands behind the produce, eat where it grows, and every euro stays in the village.

The rhythm

  • Day 1 · The Mantinia plateauArrive among the vineyards; a slow tasting with the winemakers of Mantinia and a first table of local plates.
  • Day 2 · The makersA morning with the cheese artisans, an Arcadian breakfast of hyper-local produce, honey and herbs, then a long slow-food lunch.
  • Day 3 · The village kitchenA hands-on kitchen or a kafeneio morning, the last market, and a farewell built from what is in season.

This is a rhythm, not a timetable. We build it around the season and the makers who are open.
